1. Services
Hattley Business provides services including, but not limited to:
- Lawn Care
- Mowing
- Edging and Trimming
- Yard Cleanup
- Pressure Washing
- Vehicle Detailing
- Other exterior services as offered
Services may be modified, expanded, or discontinued at any time.
2. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are provided in good faith based on information available at the time of the estimate.
Final pricing may change if:
- Property conditions differ from those described.
- Additional work is requested.
- Excessive overgrowth or debris is present.
- Access issues increase service time.
Customers will be informed of any pricing changes before work begins whenever possible.
3. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Cash
- PayPal
- Other approved payment methods
Failure to make payment may result in future service restrictions.
4. Weather Policy
Services may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to:
- Rain
- Severe weather
- Unsafe conditions
- Excessively wet ground conditions
Hattley Business will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of weather-related schedule changes.
5. Property Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- Gates are unlocked.
- Pets are secured.
- Work areas are accessible.
- Obstacles are disclosed when possible.
If service cannot be completed due to access restrictions, a rescheduling fee may apply.
6. Lawn Care Services
Customers understand that:
- Grass growth rates vary.
- Scheduling may be adjusted due to weather.
- Excessively tall grass may require additional charges.
- Hidden objects may create safety hazards.
Customers should remove toys, hoses, decorations, and other personal property from work areas before service.
7. Vehicle Detailing Services
Customers should remove personal valuables before service.
While reasonable care is taken, Hattley Business is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Mechanical issues
- Electronic malfunctions
- Loose trim or accessories
- Previously damaged surfaces
Any concerns should be reported before service begins.
8. Pressure Washing Services
Customers acknowledge that pressure washing may reveal pre-existing damage, including:
- Faded surfaces
- Loose paint
- Cracked concrete
- Existing structural issues
Hattley Business is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions.
9. Media and Marketing
Hattley Business may take photographs or videos of completed work for marketing, training, social media, or website purposes.
No personal customer information will be shared without permission.
Customers may request that their property not be photographed.
10. Safety
Hattley Business reserves the right to stop or postpone work if unsafe conditions exist, including:
- Dangerous weather
- Aggressive animals
- Hazardous materials
- Unsafe property conditions
11. Limitation of Liability
Hattley Business shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services provided.
Customers agree to notify Hattley Business of any concerns as soon as reasonably possible following service completion.
12. Right to Refuse Service
Hattley Business reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including:
- Safety concerns
- Harassment of employees
- Non-payment
- Fraudulent activity
- Unsafe property conditions
